Introduction

Thank you for choosing Accountax School of Business, Incorporated for your pre-bankruptcy discharge debtor education. We are dedicated to providing the tools, resources, and knowledge to help you succeed financially, after bankruptcy.

Your online bankruptcy education session will include a registration process containing a request for personal information. Debtor/students are also required to submit a pre-test, read five lectures, submit four quizzes, and submit a post test. The course material covers a variety of financially related topics divided into five chapters.

During the registration process, students will need to provide a social security number and their bankruptcy case number. If students have not acquired a bankruptcy case number do to the fact they have not taken the credit counseling course and the bankruptcy application has not been filed, they will need to complete the filing process first before registering for the personal financial instructional course.

If students have acquired the bankruptcy case number, they are required to complete steps I through III of the "Registration Process" and submit the "Payment Form" Information. A user ID and Password (s) will be provided, once these steps have been completed.

The series of topics have been designed to ensure debtor/students grasp the main points of the material within a two hour period. The time for each lecture has been estimated to be 12-15 minutes. Students may retake any quiz as many times as necessary.

Once students have completed the course, a "Certificate of Debtor Education" will be emailed within twenty- four hours (if an email address is provided) or mailed to the address on file, within three business days.
